Emergency Shelter Service
Our Emergency Shelter service offers immediate, 24/7 crisis relief to individuals facing sudden displacement due to domestic violence, eviction, extreme weather, mental health emergencies, or any urgent situation that leaves them without shelter. This program is especially critical for vulnerable populations such as the elderly, individuals with disabilities, survivors of trauma, and those fleeing unsafe environments.
The emergency shelter provides same-day intake and rapid stabilization, including access to beds, food, clean clothing, showers, and basic medical attention if needed. We emphasize privacy, safety, and emotional support during these critical moments. Our compassionate team is trained to respond with sensitivity and urgency, ensuring every individual is treated with respect and care.
In addition to meeting urgent physical needs, we help connect clients with wraparound services like behavioral health assessments, substance use intervention, legal advocacy, and emergency housing referrals. The goal of our Emergency Shelter is not only to prevent exposure to the elements or dangerous circumstances but also to help clients begin a recovery process the moment they step through our doors.
By meeting people where they are — in crisis — we offer a stable launching point for recovery, stability, and long-term wellness. Our Emergency Shelter is often the first step in someone’s journey toward reclaiming their life.
